"SBY terus menguatkan presidensiil, misalnya dengan memilih Boediono menjadi Wakil Presiden," ujar Bima.

Lebih dari itu, seleksi kabinet akan semakin berat, hanya mereka yang berkompetensi tinggi yang akan diambil SBY. Bima menjelaskan bahwa syarat menjadi menteri menjadi berlapis.
